After a webhook accepts a mention the bot sends a Matrix typing notice for up to 30 s; its next message into the room (normally the answer through /send) ends it. Failures are logged and never fail the delivery.

Tested: cargo clippy -D warnings, cargo test (all green). Not covered by unit tests (needs a homeserver); live test after deploy.
