Summary

require a pinned remote Nix-store lsof path for controller preflight and login
pass the executable as remote positional data and fail closed when it is unavailable
preserve activation-free BMNS-028E Gate 1 and existing secret handling

Test Plan

cargo test --all-features — 113 passed, 1 intentional Darwin ignore, 0 failed
cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings
focused controller config and command tests

No production runtime, Matrix device, credential, or n8n state was changed.
